Here is every step from first conversation to first payment — and exactly what we need from you at each one. Spoiler: it is not much.

We know how this sounds

"Zero cost, zero effort, we handle everything and pay you monthly" — that is exactly the kind of claim that makes experienced operators sceptical. It should.

So here is the version with nothing left out. We make money when the machine plays. That means every incentive we have points in the same direction as yours: a well-maintained, well-stocked, correctly-positioned machine in a venue with good footfall. If the machine does not earn, we absorb every cost — equipment, prizes, maintenance, installation. We have done this across 20 machines and 13 venues. We have never asked a venue to cover a cost. We have never had a venue ask us to leave.

The steps below are not more complicated than that summary makes them sound.

We reach out. Or you do.
Usually by email or a quick call. We look at your venue before we speak — we will already have a rough idea of whether it is the right fit and what it could earn. No lengthy forms, no sales pitch. We are evaluating whether this makes sense for both sides, not trying to get you to say yes to something that will not work.

Step 2
We visit your venue, if it helps.
For some venues we can agree everything remotely. For others — particularly larger placements or cities new to our network — we come to you. We look at the space, understand your customer flow, and give you an honest assessment of what to expect. If we do not think it is the right fit, we will say so clearly before either of us wastes any more time.

Step 3
We agree on the partnership.
We agree where the machine goes, how we split the revenue, and when we start. No long-term lock-in. If the partnership stops working for you at any point, you end it and we collect the machine. We build this on how well it performs, not on a contract that makes leaving difficult. We have never had to enforce one.

Step 4
We deliver and set everything up.
We bring the machine, position it where it will get the most plays, run through everything to make sure it is working properly, and make sure it looks right in your space. One machine or several, it all goes through us. You need to provide a plug socket. That is the only thing we need from you on the day.

Step 5
You earn. Every month, without doing anything.
Your share lands in your account monthly. We collect the takings, handle the accounting, and restock the prizes before they run low. Your team never needs to touch the machine. You receive a payment and get on with running your venue.

You tell us what else you need.
Most of our partners started with one machine. Rassam's Creamery requested a second before the first had been running a month. They now have seven. Blend Family added machines across three sites. We do not push this — it happens because the first machine works and partners want more. If you just want one machine earning quietly in the background, that is completely fine. If you want to expand, we are ready.
