No account managers. No call centres. No passing you around. You will always know who to call — and that person will always pick up.
Megan, founder
I started this with two machines and grew it slowly. I did not run aggressive outreach or spend on ads. Every single new placement came from an existing partner wanting more machines, opening a new site, or pointing someone our way. That compounding is how you end up with 20 machines across six cities without ever really pushing for it — and it only happens when the thing you are placing actually works.
Every venue I work with gets one point of contact. Me. I handle the delivery, the installation, the restocking, and the repairs. You do not manage any of it. When something needs attention, I sort it — usually before you have even noticed there is an issue.
Rassam's Creamery started with one machine. They now have seven, earning over £1,000 a month. They requested the second before the first had been running a month. Blend Family, who operate Cambridge Street Collective, Cutlery Works, and Alfred Works, started with four machines and keep adding as their venues grow. I have never had a partner ask me to remove a machine.
Where this is going: Self-contained games rooms inside busy venues. Shopping centres, food halls, leisure spaces, service stations. The machine network is how I prove the model. If you operate a space that could work, I would like to hear from you.
Not aspirational values. Commitments that are either true or not. You will know quickly which.
