Who we are

Toy World is the trading name for claw machines run by Sheff Entertainment (a sole trader, Megan). You can reach us by email. A postal address is available if you ask.

What we collect

When you fill in a form, we collect what you type. That is your name, email, and the details about your venue, your application, or your problem. We use it only to reply to you and run the route.

If you contact us about a payment, we may ask for the last four digits of your card to find the charge. We never ask for the full number, and you should never send it.

How we use it

We use your details only to help you and run the business. We do not sell your data. We keep enquiry and support details for up to two years, then delete them, unless the law says we must keep them longer.

Forms and analytics

Forms are handled by Netlify on our behalf and sent to our email. We count how the site is used in a simple, cookieless way on our own server. There are no ad trackers and no cookies. If your browser says "Do Not Track", we send nothing at all.

Money claims

Any earnings figures on this site are honest estimates, not promises. Running your own route is a real business with real risk. You could earn less than shown, earn nothing, or lose money. Please take your own advice before you commit.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Just email us and we will sort it. This site is for UK users and follows UK data-protection law.
